Super Games, Inc. (“Super Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Molly’s Match: Win Cash! (the “Game”), participate in promotional sweepstakes, or visit our websites and services. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Gameplay Data: progress, levels completed, virtual rewards, promotional sweepstakes entries earned, and in-app purchases.

  • Sweepstakes Information: entries earned, prize eligibility, verification information, and mailing information (for alternative entry methods).

  • Payment Information: processed through third-party providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal, or others). We do not store full payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

  • Track gameplay and award promotional sweepstakes entries.

  • Verify eligibility, select winners, and deliver prizes.

3. Sweepstakes Records & Retention

To comply with promotional sweepstakes laws, we may retain winner information, entry logs, and related data for at least three (3) years.

  • Service Providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processors who help us operate the Game.

  • Legal & Regulatory: if required by law, subpoena, or government request.

5. Your Choices

  • Access & Update: you may update your account information in the Game.

  • Opt-Out of Marketing: you may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link.

  • Delete Account: you may request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@super.gs. Please note that some sweepstakes and transaction data must be retained for legal purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no security method is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Users

The Game is operated from the United States. If you access the Game from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a “Last Updated” date at the top.
