Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Super Games, Inc. (“Super Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use Molly's Match: Win Cash! (the “Game”), participate in our promotional sweepstakes, or visit our websites and services. By using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Official Rules.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: email address, username, password, date of birth, and profile information you provide when creating an account.
Gameplay Data: progress, levels completed, Tickets and Progress Bar position, entries earned, virtual rewards, and in-app purchase history.
Device and Usage Information: device model, operating system, unique device and advertising identifiers, app version, IP address, and crash and analytics data.
Location Information: geolocation derived from your device and IP address, which we collect and verify because participation is limited to specific U.S. states. We also use signals designed to detect VPNs, proxies, emulators and location spoofing.
Sweepstakes and Verification Information: entries earned, prize eligibility data, mail-in entry information (name, address, date of birth, telephone number), and — for potential winners — identity-verification information such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and, where required for tax reporting, Social Security number and IRS Form W-9 details.
Payment and Payout Information: in-app purchases are processed by the app stores or our payment providers, and prize payouts are made through our designated payment processors; we receive transaction confirmations and the payout details you provide, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
Support and Communications: information you provide when contacting us at support@super.gs or through in-Game support.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: operate, maintain and improve the Game; track gameplay and administer Tickets, the Progress Bar and sweepstakes entries; verify age, residency, physical location and eligibility; select, notify and verify winners and deliver prizes; comply with tax reporting and withholding obligations (including issuing IRS Forms 1099); detect and prevent fraud, cheating, multi-accounting, location spoofing and misuse; process purchases and prize payouts; set and manage account-level features such as Redemption Thresholds; provide customer support; send service and (with your consent or as permitted by law) marketing communications; conduct analytics and measure and improve advertising; and comply with legal obligations, including sweepstakes record-keeping, responsible-play measures and unclaimed property laws.
3. Advertising and Analytics
We work with advertising and analytics partners (such as attribution and ad-measurement providers and advertising networks) that may collect device identifiers, IP address and app-activity information through the Game to measure ad performance and to deliver and personalize advertising. Depending on your state, this sharing may be considered “targeted advertising” or a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; you may opt out as described in Section 6. You can also limit ad tracking through your device settings (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and Android's advertising-ID controls).
4. Sweepstakes Records and Retention
To comply with promotional sweepstakes and prize laws, we retain winner information, entry logs, drawing audit records and related data for at least three (3) years, and tax records for at least seven (7) years. We otherwise retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with law, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information with: service providers that help us operate the Game (hosting, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, identity and geolocation verification, mail-in entry processing, payment and payout processors, and our independent draw and prize indemnity provider); advertising and measurement partners as described in Section 3; legal and regulatory recipients where required by law, subpoena, court order or governmental request, or to protect our rights, players or the integrity of the sweepstakes, including disclosure of winner information to tax and other authorities; and business transferees if we merge, sell or transfer all or part of our business or assets. We may also publish or provide winners' names and city/state as described in the Official Rules. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccuracies; delete your personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and appeal a decision we make on a privacy request. To exercise any of these rights, email support@super.gs with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or use the in-Game privacy controls where available. To opt out of targeted advertising, you may also email support@super.gs with the subject line “Ad Opt-Out.” We will verify your request using information associated with your account and respond within the time required by applicable law; an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, though certain data (such as location, identity-verification and sweepstakes records) is required to participate and cannot be deleted while it must be retained by law.
7. Your Choices
You may update your account information in the Game; opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link; control push notifications and location and ad-tracking permissions in your device settings; and request account deletion by emailing support@super.gs. Note that sweepstakes, tax, fraud-prevention and transaction records must be retained as described in Section 4 even after deletion, as permitted by law.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure, including heightened controls for identity-verification and tax information. No security method is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or from children under 13 within the meaning of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly and close the associated account.
10. International Users
The Game is operated from the United States and is intended for participants located in the Eligible States. If you access the Game from elsewhere, you do so at your own initiative and consent to the transfer to and processing of your information in the United States.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date, and will provide additional notice of material changes in-Game or by email where required by law.
