What is Molly’s Match?
Molly's Match is a free to play match-3 puzzle game with a weekly sweepstakes of $1,000.
How do I earn sweepstakes tokens?
You can earn sweepstakes tokens by:
Unlocking Token Rush (after you win 10 levels in a row)
Winning in-game events and challenges, such as Star Stash and Boomerang Blitz.
You can also get tokens as part of certain in-app bundles available in the shop.
How do I enter the sweepstakes?
There’s no separate entry form. Any tokens you earn in the app are automatically entered into the current week’s drawing. The more tokens you earn, the more entries you’ll have for that week’s $1,000 prize.
When does the weekly sweepstakes run?
Each sweepstakes runs weekly.
How will I know if I won?
Winners are chosen after each sweepstakes week ends.
By Monday, you’ll know if you won — when you open the app, you’ll see a notification and be asked to enter your email to start the verification process.
What happens if I win?
You’ll be asked to enter your e-mail. We will then contact you to verify your identify. Once verified, the $1,000 cash prize will be sent to you directly.
How is the $1,000 prize paid out?
Prizes are paid in cash via the method provided during verification (for example, digital transfer or similar).
Do I need to pay or make a purchase to win?
No. You can earn entries through gameplay alone — purchases are completely optional.
Can I win more than once?
Yes! Each week is a new sweepstakes, and every player starts fresh. You can win multiple times if luck is on your side.
How is the winner chosen?
Each token counts as one entry. After the sweepstakes week ends, one entry is drawn at random from all eligible tokens.
I didn’t receive my tokens — what should I do?
If your tokens aren’t showing up after completing Token Rush or winning an event, try restarting the app. If they still don’t appear, contact support through the in-game help menu.
I won but haven’t received my payment yet.
After you verify your identity, payouts are processed as quickly as possible — typically within a few business days.
I found a glitch and I cannot beat a level.
If you are stuck on a level and encounter a bug please take a screenshot, tap the settings toggle on the bottom of the screen and contact us sending the screenshot. 
Is this legitimate?
Yes! Every weekly drawing is conducted automatically and fairly. If you win, you’ll hear directly from the app and can follow simple steps to claim your prize.
