About the game
What is Molly's Match? Molly's Match is a free to play match-3 puzzle game where completing levels gives you the chance to win real cash prizes, from instant wins right up to a £1,000,000 prize draw. It's available in the UK for players aged 18 and over.
Is it really free? Yes. Downloading and playing is free, and every prize can be won without spending anything. Purchases are optional extras (like additional moves and upgrades) that can help you complete levels and add entries in certain draws. Free entries and paid entries carry exactly the same weight in every draw.
Is this legitimate? It is, and we're glad you asked. Molly's Match prizes are real cash, paid to real players. Our weekly draws are run through independent, verifiably random systems, and our major prize draws are independently audited from entry to result by a third-party draw provider. Winners are paid directly to their PayPal account. Full details of every draw are in our Prize Rules.
Winning prizes
How do the prizes work? There are three ways to win as you play:
Instant wins. After certain levels, you can win prizes between £1 and £10. These are credited straight to your prize account balance in the app.
Weekly prize draw. Completing levels earns you entry into a weekly draw for cash prizes between £100 and £1,000. This draw has one guaranteed winner every single week.
The big draws. Completing later levels each week qualifies you for that week's £10,000, £100,000 and £1,000,000 number match draws. You're automatically given a random entry number, and a winning number is drawn independently. If they match, you win. These draws don't have a guaranteed winner each week, and there is one of each prize available across the whole promotion. The exact odds are shown in the app before you play and in the Prize Rules.
Do I need to fill anything in to enter? No. Entry is automatic as you complete levels. The app shows you which levels unlock which prizes before and during play.
How will I know if I've won? You'll be notified inside the app, with simple instructions on how to claim. For larger prizes we'll ask you to confirm a few details so we can verify you and pay you. Please respond within 14 days of notification so your prize isn't forfeited.
Can I win more than once? Yes. Every week is a fresh draw, and there's no limit on instant wins or weekly draw wins over the promotion.
Getting paid
How do payouts work? Prizes are credited to your prize account balance in the app. Once your balance reaches £10 or more, you can transfer it to your PayPal account. If your email isn't linked to PayPal yet, we'll show you how to set one up during the claim process. It only takes a few minutes.
Why is there a £10 minimum? Small instant wins build up in your prize balance until they reach £10, at which point the full balance can be transferred. It keeps payouts simple and means nothing you win is ever lost, it just accumulates until you cash out.
What about the bigger prizes? Prizes of £100 and above go through a short verification step first: confirming your identity and age, and where requested, a winner's declaration. Once you're verified, prizes are paid out as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. Larger prizes may be paid by bank transfer once your details are validated.
I won but haven't been paid yet. Payouts begin as soon as verification is complete. If it's been more than a few business days since you verified, email support@mollysmatch.com with the email address on your account and we'll chase it for you right away.
Gameplay and account help
My entries or prize balance aren't showing. First, close and restart the app. Most syncing issues resolve immediately. If something is still missing, contact us through the in-game help menu (Settings, then Support) so we can look at your account directly.
I found a bug or I'm stuck on a level. Take a screenshot, then open Settings in the app and contact us with the screenshot attached. We investigate every report, and if a bug affected your play, we'll put it right.
I want to change the email on my account. Email support@mollysmatch.com from your current address and we'll walk you through it securely.
How do I set a spending limit or take a break? Spending limits are in the Settings menu and take effect immediately. If you'd like to step away from the game for a while, everything you need is on our Safe Play page.
