ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY INDIVIDUAL, BINDING ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. SEE SECTIONS 18 AND 19. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19.

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for conducting or in any way involved with, the Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

1. SPONSOR; ADMINISTRATOR; DEFINITIONS.

The sponsor, promoter and administrator of the Molly's Match Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Super Games, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 U.S.A. (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”). The weekly random number match prize drawings are administered on Sponsor's behalf by an independent third-party draw and prize indemnity provider (the “Draw Provider”), using a certified random number generation system that produces a digitally signed audit log of each drawing. Sponsor, the Draw Provider, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies are collectively the “Sweepstakes Parties”. The Molly's Match mobile application is the “Game”. The Sweepstakes consists of three prize mechanics described in Section 6: the Instant Win Game, the Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing, and the Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawings.

2. ELIGIBILITY.

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and at the time of any prize award: (a) are legal residents of, and physically located in, one of the following U.S. states or jurisdictions (each, an “Eligible State”): Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia; and (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBLE STATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, FLORIDA, IDAHO, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MARYLAND, MICHIGAN, MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, WASHINGTON, AND WEST VIRGINIA, AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sweepstakes Parties, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. “Immediate family members” means spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses; “living in the same household” means sharing the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Each entrant may register and maintain only one (1) Game account. In the event a household, based on address, device identifiers, payment instruments, or IP address, participates using more than five (5) unique accounts or email addresses, all associated entries may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor uses geolocation, IP-address analysis, device signals, and identity-verification measures to confirm eligibility. Use of any VPN, proxy, emulator, location-spoofing tool or similar technology to misrepresent an entrant's location is grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes and Prize Account balances. Participation constitutes entrant's consent to such verification. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of winners, and Sponsor's exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable and binding in all respects.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD; WEEKLY ENTRY PERIODS.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into consecutive weekly entry periods, each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on Monday and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the following Sunday (each, an “Entry Period”), except that the final Entry Period begins Monday, December 28, 2026 and ends at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The first Entry Period begins August 17, 2026. Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawings and the Instant Win Game are offered for every Entry Period. Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawings are conducted only for Entry Periods commencing on or after August 24, 2026 (nineteen (19) Entry Periods in total). Drawings for each Entry Period will be conducted within approximately three (3) business days after the close of that Entry Period. Non-winning entries do not carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. Sponsor's designated computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes Period is extended, updated Official Rules reflecting the new period will be published at mollysmatch.com/rules before the extension takes effect.

4. HOW TO ENTER — GAMEPLAY; TICKETS; PROGRESS BAR (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY).

(a) Tickets. During the Sweepstakes Period, download the Game free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play, create a user account, and play the Game's match-3 puzzle levels using skill. Playing levels and other free in-Game activities award virtual progress points (“Tickets”), and Tickets may also be included with optional in-App purchases of digital content. Tickets are not entries, are not chances to win, and are not currency. Tickets are virtual progression points with no monetary value that serve solely to advance the entrant's position on the in-Game vertical progress bar (the “Progress Bar”). Tickets and Progress Bar positions are licensed to the entrant, not sold; they cannot be redeemed, sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged for cash or any thing of value, or carried between accounts. Sponsor may determine, and may adjust prospectively at its sole discretion, the rate at which Tickets are awarded, the Ticket cost of Progress Bar milestones, and the availability of Tickets in any activity or purchase. Sufficient Tickets to reach every Progress Bar milestone, and to obtain every entry and qualification described in this Section 4, can be earned through free gameplay without any purchase.

(b) Unlocking prize mechanics via the Progress Bar. As an entrant accumulates Tickets, the Progress Bar fills. Reaching designated milestones on the Progress Bar unlocks the following, at no cost:

(i) Instant Win Game plays. Designated milestones award an Instant Win Game play, with the chance to win a prize of between $1 and $10 credited to the entrant's Prize Account (as defined in Section 8). The odds of winning each Instant Win Game play range from 1% to 100%, vary by milestone, and are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, as further described in Sections 6(a) and 7.

(ii) Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing entries. Designated milestones each award one (1) entry into the then-current Entry Period's Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing, up to a maximum of two hundred (200) Progress Bar entries per entrant per Entry Period.

(iii) Weekly Random Number Match entries. Designated later milestones each award one (1) entry into the then-current Entry Period's Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawing at the indicated Prize Level. An entrant may accrue multiple entries per Prize Level per Entry Period. Each entry is automatically allocated one (1) random entry number for its Prize Level at the time it is accrued. Entrants do not choose their numbers; numbers are generated at random by Sponsor's system and cannot be requested, selected or changed. At the close of each Entry Period, one (1) — and only one (1) — of each entrant's accrued entries per Prize Level is randomly selected by Sponsor's system, and only that selected entry's allocated number is submitted to the applicable drawing as that entrant's entry, as described in Section 6(c). Accordingly, each entrant's odds of winning each Weekly Random Number Match Prize are fixed as stated in Section 7 and do not increase with the number of entries accrued.

Every entry and qualification described in this Section 4 can be obtained through free gameplay without making any purchase, and all entries into all prize mechanics can alternatively be obtained without any gameplay at all via the free mail-in method described in Section 5.

(c) Optional purchases. The Game offers optional in-App purchases of digital entertainment content (such as extra moves, boosters, and bundles that may include Tickets). Such purchases are payments for digital content only, are entirely optional, and are not required to enter or win. No purchase is necessary: sufficient Tickets to obtain every entry described in this Section 4 can be earned through free gameplay, and all entries into all prize mechanics can alternatively be obtained without any gameplay or purchase at all via the free mail-in method described in Section 5, which provides the same opportunity to participate and win. Every entry — however obtained — has equal weight and an equal chance of winning in the applicable drawing, and each entrant's odds of winning each Weekly Random Number Match Prize are fixed as stated in Section 7 and cannot be increased by any purchase. In-App purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Sponsor may adjust the number, order, difficulty and configuration of playable levels, Ticket awards, Progress Bar milestones and associated prize mechanics at its sole discretion, provided that entries already accrued into a pending drawing are not affected.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Attempts by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information or accounts may result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, emulator or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Game account, provided that person is eligible and satisfies these Official Rules. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder.

5. HOW TO ENTER — FREE MAIL-IN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”).

To enter any Entry Period's drawings by mail without playing or purchasing anything, hand-print the following on a plain 4″x6″ index card, in this order: (i) your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification; (ii) your date of birth; (iii) your complete residential address (which must be in an Eligible State); (iv) your telephone number; (v) the email address associated with your Molly's Match account; and (vi) the handwritten statement: “Molly's Match Free Entry — I have read and agree to the Official Rules.” Sign and date the card immediately beneath the statement. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Molly's Match Free Entry, Super Games, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 U.S.A. A Molly's Match account is required in order for entries to be allocated and any prize to be credited; accounts may be created free of charge.

Each valid mail-in request received will entitle the entrant — without playing any level, earning any Tickets, or reaching any Progress Bar milestone — to: (i) ten (10) entries into the Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing; (ii) one (1) entry, with a randomly allocated entry number, in each of the $10,000, $100,000 and $1,000,000 Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawings (subject, across all entry methods, to the end-of-week random selection of a single submitted entry per entrant per Prize Level described in Sections 4(b)(iii) and 6(c)); and (iii) one (1) Instant Win Game play credited to the entrant's account, in each case for the first Entry Period closing after the request is received and processed. Mail-in entries have equal weight and equal dignity with all other entries. Limit one (1) mail-in request per envelope. Bulk, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, typed, or third-party-submitted requests are void. Requests must be received (not merely postmarked) before the close of the final Entry Period. Illegible, incomplete, or non-conforming requests are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt, and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due or undelivered mail. Normal time for processing mail-in requests is up to ten (10) business days after receipt.

6. PRIZE MECHANICS; WINNER SELECTION.

(a) Instant Win Game. A computer algorithm embedded in Sponsor's software solely determines whether an Instant Win play is a winning play. The odds of winning each Instant Win Game play range from 1% to 100% (100% odds guarantee a win of a prize of some amount within the stated range), vary by milestone, and are set, and may be adjusted prospectively at any time, by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winning plays result in a credit of between $1 and $10 to the entrant's Prize Account. The odds applicable to a play are those in effect at the time of the play, and Sponsor's records are conclusive as to the odds in effect and the outcome of any play.

(b) Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing. For each Entry Period commencing on or after August 24, 2026, Sponsor (as Administrator) will conduct, or cause to be conducted, a random drawing using verifiably random means from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period to select: first, one (1) potential winner of a $1,000 cash prize; and second, from the remaining eligible entries (excluding all entries of the $1,000 potential winner), one (1) potential winner of a $100 cash prize. Two (2) winners are guaranteed each Entry Period, and the same entrant cannot win both guaranteed prizes in the same Entry Period. Limit one (1) guaranteed prize per person per Entry Period and no more than four (4) guaranteed prizes per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

(c) Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawings. For each Entry Period, three Prize Levels are offered: $10,000 (“Prize A”), $100,000 (“Prize B”) and $1,000,000 (“Prize C”). Each entry accrued for a Prize Level, whether via a Progress Bar milestone (Section 4(b)(iii)) or by mail (Section 5), is automatically and randomly allocated one (1) whole number for that Prize Level at the time of accrual: from 1 to 125 (Prize A); from 1 to 500 (Prize B); and from 1 to 1,150 (Prize C). At the close of each Entry Period: (i) Sponsor's system randomly selects one (1) of each entrant's accrued entries per Prize Level, and only that selected entry constitutes the entrant's entry in that Prize Level's drawing for that Entry Period; (ii) the selected entry's allocated number, together with the entrant's player ID, game ID and customer ID (the “Commitment Data”), is transmitted to the Draw Provider; and (iii) the Draw Provider's certified random number generation system independently generates one (1) random Prize Determination Number for each Prize Level (from 1–125, 1–500 and 1–1,150, respectively), without knowledge of any entrant's allocated number. If, and only if, an entrant's submitted number for a Prize Level exactly matches the Prize Determination Number for that Prize Level in that Entry Period, that entrant is a potential winner of that prize, subject to verification under Section 9. The Draw Provider's system produces a digitally signed audit log recording every entry submitted and every Prize Determination Number generated, which constitutes conclusive evidence of the drawing absent manifest error.

Because each entrant's number and the Prize Determination Number are generated at random and independently, it is possible — and, in any given week, likely — that no entrant's number will match for one or more Prize Levels. In that event, no prize is awarded for that Prize Level in that Entry Period, and the prize does not roll over. There is one (1) prize of each amount (1x $10,000, 1x $100,000, 1x $1,000,000) available over the entire Sweepstakes Period. If a prize amount is won, subsequent weekly drawings for that amount cease for the remainder of the Sweepstakes Period. These prizes are not guaranteed to be awarded, either in any given week or over the Sweepstakes Period as a whole.

7. ODDS.

Instant Win Game: odds vary by milestone from 1% to 100% and are set by Sponsor in its sole discretion as described in Section 6(a). Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing: odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the applicable Entry Period. Weekly Random Number Match Prize Drawings: odds are exactly 1 in 125 ($10,000), 1 in 500 ($100,000), and 1 in 1,150 ($1,000,000) per entrant per Entry Period, regardless of the number of entries an entrant accrues, the method by which entries were obtained, or the number of other entrants; provided that no prize is awarded in a week in which no submitted number matches the Prize Determination Number, and no prize amount is available after it has been won once during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. PRIZE ACCOUNT; REDEMPTION THRESHOLD; DORMANCY.

Instant Win prizes are credited to a ledger balance associated with the entrant's Game account (the “Prize Account”). The Prize Account is not a bank account, deposit, stored-value or payment instrument, and balances do not accrue interest. An entrant may redeem their full Prize Account balance once it reaches their then-current redemption threshold (the “Redemption Threshold”). Sponsor sets, and may adjust at any time in its sole discretion, each entrant's Redemption Threshold, which may differ between entrants and change over time (upward or downward) based on factors Sponsor determines, and which will always be between US$0.25 and US$100. Each entrant's current Redemption Threshold is displayed in their Prize Account in-Game. Increases apply prospectively only and do not apply to any balance that has already become redeemable. Redemptions are paid via Sponsor's designated third-party payment processor(s), which Sponsor may change at any time; entrants must provide and maintain accurate payout information and complete any verification required by Sponsor or the processor. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for processor delays, processor unavailability, fees imposed by an entrant's financial institution, or losses arising from inaccurate payout information supplied by the entrant. Redemptions are normally processed within thirty (30) days of completed verification. Limit one (1) redemption request per account per day.

If an account remains inactive (no level played and no login) for one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days, Sponsor may treat the account as dormant. Sponsor will notify the entrant using the contact details associated with the account and, if the account remains inactive for thirty (30) days after that notice, Sponsor may close the account. Prize Account balances in closed accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable state unclaimed property laws; balances at or above the entrant's then-applicable Redemption Threshold, or that previously became redeemable under this Section 8, will be remitted in accordance with this Section 8 (subject to verification) rather than forfeited.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION; VERIFICATION; DECLARATION.

Each potential winner of a Weekly Guaranteed Prize or a Random Number Match Prize will be notified in-Game and/or by email within a commercially reasonable time after the applicable drawing, and must respond within five (5) days of first notification. Notification is deemed to have occurred upon transmission of the in-Game message. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF AN ON-SCREEN MESSAGE INDICATES OTHERWISE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED BY SPONSOR AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

As a condition of receiving any prize of $100 or more, each potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return a declaration of eligibility, release of liability and (except where prohibited by law) publicity release (the “Declaration”) within five (5) days of the date the Declaration is transmitted, and to complete Sponsor's know-your-customer verification, which may include providing a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of age, geolocation confirmation, and — for tax reporting as described in Section 10 — a completed IRS Form W-9 including the winner's Social Security number. Sponsor may suspend any redemption, credit or prize award pending investigation of eligibility, fraud or compliance, and such suspension will not constitute a breach of these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of first notification, is ineligible, fails to return the required documents within the required period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. For the Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing, an alternate potential winner may (but need not) be selected from the remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. For a forfeited Weekly Random Number Match Prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (x) direct that an alternate potential winner be selected by a supplemental random drawing, conducted by Sponsor or the Draw Provider using verifiably random means, from among all remaining eligible entries received for that Prize Level in that Entry Period (excluding the disqualified or forfeiting entrant), with each alternate subject to the same verification requirements of this Section 9, up to three (3) alternates; or (y) declare the prize un-awarded, in which case the prize amount will remain available in subsequent Entry Periods' drawings for that Prize Level. No forfeited prize will be awarded other than by random selection from eligible entries in accordance with this Section. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded; if, due to any error, more bona fide claims are received than prizes stated, the advertised number of prizes will be awarded by random drawing from among all purportedly valid claims, and inclusion in that drawing is each claimant's sole and exclusive remedy.

10. PRIZES; TAXES; ARV.

The prizes available are: (a) Instant Win Prize Account credits of $1 to $10 per winning play (redeemable per Section 8); (b) for each Entry Period commencing on or after August 24, 2026, one (1) $1,000 cash prize and one (1) $100 cash prize (guaranteed); and (c) over the Sweepstakes Period, up to one (1) $10,000 cash prize, one (1) $100,000 cash prize and one (1) $1,000,000 cash prize (not guaranteed). The total maximum value of the Random Number Match prize fund is $1,110,000. Total approximate retail value of all guaranteed prizes is $1,100 per applicable Entry Period, or $20,900 over the nineteen (19) Entry Periods for which Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawings are conducted. Prizes of $100 or more will be paid by check, electronic bank (ACH) transfer, or Sponsor's designated payment processor, at Sponsor's election, upon completed verification; Prize Account balances are paid per Section 8. All prizes are payable in U.S. dollars.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be sold, assigned or exchanged, and no substitution is permitted at a winner's request; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. The value of prizes will be reported for tax purposes as required by law; each winner whose cumulative prize value in a calendar year is $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must first provide a completed and valid IRS Form W-9. Failure to provide a valid W-9 within the required period will result in forfeiture of the prize or, at Sponsor's election, backup withholding as required by law. Verified prizes will normally be paid within thirty (30) days of completion of verification. Limit: the maximum aggregate amount an entrant may win in Weekly Guaranteed Prizes during the Sweepstakes Period is $4,000; there is no limit on Instant Win credits other than the mechanics stated herein.

11. PUBLICITY.

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, each winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Parties and their successors, assigns and designees to use the winner's name, social media handles, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, biographical information, statements, city/state of residence and prize information for advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. A winner's decision to withhold or withdraw consent where the law permits will not affect the winner's entitlement to any prize won.

12. CONDUCT; DISQUALIFICATION.

The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify (and to void the entries, close the account, and withhold or recover any Prize Account balance or prize of) any individual found to be, or reasonably suspected of: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Game; entering by technical means (scripting, automation, emulation, or bots) or manual means (multiple accounts, multiple email addresses, false identity or location information); manipulating, forging or duplicating entries; violating these Official Rules or the Game's Terms of Use; or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening or harassing manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. ERRORS.

In the event of a technical error, bug, malfunction, or human or system error affecting the Sweepstakes, any entry, notification, Prize Account credit or prize generated, credited or communicated as a result of such error is void, and Sponsor may correct any Prize Account balance affected by such error, whether or not the error was apparent to the entrant. Where a win notification is issued in error, the affected entrant is not entitled to the relevant prize, and Sponsor's liability, if any, is limited in accordance with Section 17. The number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will not be exceeded by reason of any error. If an entrant's account is mistakenly credited, the credited amount remains the property of Sponsor and will be deducted; if a prize has been paid in error, its value constitutes a debt owed to Sponsor.

14. GENERAL; FORCE MAJEURE; MODIFICATION.

The Sweepstakes Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption of the Sweepstakes, including failure or interruption of any platform, network or internet service provider. If Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its reasonable control — including fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruption, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, or order of any court (each, a “Force Majeure” event) — Sponsor has the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor will (where practicable) conduct the pending Weekly Guaranteed Prize Drawing from all non-suspect eligible entries received prior to termination; Random Number Match prizes not yet won will not be awarded. Sponsor also reserves the right to amend these Official Rules where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in law, correct errors, or protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes; no amendment will deprive an entrant of a prize already verified or remove entries already accrued into a pending drawing. The current Official Rules will be published at mollysmatch.com/rules and material changes will be notified in-Game.

15. WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS.

To the extent permitted by law, the Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, entries, mail-in requests or emails; (b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of, entries or registrations; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications-line failure with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the Game or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Uninstalling or deleting the Game does not itself close an entrant's account or forfeit a Prize Account balance; balances remain associated with the entrant's registered account and are recoverable by reinstalling the Game and logging in, subject to Section 8.

16. RELEASES; INDEMNITY.

To the extent permitted by law, all entrants, as a condition of participation, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys' fees), losses, damages, fines or actions of any kind for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize; (iii) the Released Parties' use of publicity rights granted herein, including claims based on rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light; (iv) entrant's account registration information; or (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or prize.

17. GOVERNING LAW; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANT'S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

18. CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANY OTHER PROCEEDING OR CLAIM OF ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTION. If a court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable as to a particular claim, then the agreement to arbitrate does not apply to that claim, and that claim must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION; OPT-OUT.

The parties agree to finally settle all disputes only through binding arbitration; provided that Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware or any other court with jurisdiction. Except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures of JAMS, Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. If JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a demand for arbitration, either party may elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreeable administrator. Any required in-person hearing will take place in the State of Delaware, provided that either party may appear by telephone or video. The law applicable under Section 17 applies in the arbitration. The arbitrator's decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Sponsor will pay the JAMS administrative fees and the arbitrator's fees (excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the hearing). Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead of arbitration. OPT-OUT: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to: Molly's Match Sweepstakes — Arbitration Opt-Out, Super Games, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 U.S.A., within thirty (30) days of your first entry into the Sweepstakes, stating your name, address, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, including the class action waiver in Section 18.

20. ENTRY INFORMATION; PRIVACY.

As a condition of entering, each entrant consents to Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of the entrant's name, address and other information to the Administrator, Draw Provider and other third parties for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including tax reporting. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at mollysmatch.com/privacy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules with respect to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from entering and must not supply any personal information in connection with the Sweepstakes; accounts of persons under 18 will be closed, all entries invalidated, and no prize awarded.

21. RESPONSIBLE PLAY.

Molly's Match is designed to be enjoyable. Sponsor encourages entrants to play within their means and take regular breaks. In-Game purchases are optional, and entrants may set spend limits at any time from the Settings menu; once a limit is reached, no further purchases can be made within the applicable period. Entrants may self-exclude at any time by emailing safeplay@mollysmatch.com; self-exclusion may be for six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent, and cannot be reversed within the chosen period. On self-exclusion, the account will be closed and no further entries accepted, and Sponsor will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of a new account during the exclusion period. Verified prizes already won will be paid notwithstanding self-exclusion, subject to Section 9. Sponsor reserves the right, acting reasonably in the interests of entrant welfare, to contact any entrant whose play may indicate harm, to impose spend or session limits, or to suspend or close an account. 23. MISCELLANEOUS.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision; any invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, failing that, severed. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Headings are for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between disclosures or statements in any Sweepstakes-related materials, advertising, privacy policy or terms of use and these Official Rules, these Official Rules prevail, govern and control, and any discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. Sponsor may assign its rights and obligations under these Official Rules to any affiliate or successor in interest. References to third parties are for identification only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Time is of the essence with respect to all deadlines applicable to entrants under these Official Rules.
